PickleBaller Pins – Official Giveaway Rules

Effective Dates: November 11, 2025 – November 17, 2025

Welcome to the PickleBaller Pins Giveaway! By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of PickleBaller Pins, which are final and binding. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase chances of winning.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States, ages 18+ at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of PickleBaller Pins, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/marketing agencies, and immediate family/household members are not eligible.

3. Giveaway Period

Entries will be accepted from 12:00 AM EST on November 11, 2025 through 11:59 PM EST on November 17, 2025.

4. How to Enter

To enter via Instagram:

  1. Follow @PickleBallerPins on Instagram

  2. Like the official giveaway post

  3. Comment on the post why you love 

  4. Bonus entries may be awarded for reposting to Stories or sharing the post (if applicable)

Multiple entries are allowed only through the methods explicitly stated in the giveaway post. Automated or bot entries are not permitted.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

  • PickleBaller Pins prize pack (full details listed in the Instagram post)

Approximate retail value (ARV): $30. No cash alternative. Prize is non-transferable.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

  • Winner will be notified via direct message from the @PickleBallerPins Instagram account only within 72 hours of the giveaway close.

  • Winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize.

  • If no response is received, an alternate winner may be selected.

PickleBaller Pins will never ask for credit card information or payment to claim a prize.

7. Rights Granted

By entering, participants grant PickleBaller Pins permission to use their name, Instagram handle, and entry content for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree that PickleBaller Pins and Instagram are not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries

  • Technical failures of any kind

  • Injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation or prize use
